-4; do you have the right team? Real technologists wear t-shirt and jeans (getting gritty) not suits and ties trying to look good. Are they focused on the product or on sales (want product addicted enthusiasts)
-5; do you have a good way to sales to deliver the product in marketing?
-6; will your market position be defensible in 10-20 years from now? Plan to be the last mover in the market to know how to dominate long term
-7; have you identified a unique opportunity that others aren’t able to see? Great companies have secrets, specific reasons or ways of doing things that others don’t see. The most important question. Great companies must be different in some way to achieve different results.
